Limited Warranty
CYCLE STOP VALVES are warranted against faulty materials
and workmanship for one year from date of installation or a
maximum of 24 months from date code. CSV liability under
this warranty is limited to repairing, replacing, or issuing
credit at CSV's option, for any product returned during this
period, provided that any such defect has not been caused by
misuse, neglect, improper installation, alteration, or unauthorized
repair. CSV will not be liable and specifically disclaims
any responsibility to any party for loss, direct or indirect, for
costs, expenses, freight, or for consequential damage of any
nature.
To obtain service under this warranty, the defective product
must be returned to the distributor or dealer of CYCLE STOP
VALVES from which it was purchased together with proof of
purchase and installation date, failure date, and installation
data. Any defective product to be returned must be sent
freight prepaid with documentation supporting the warranty
claim and /or a Return Goods Authorization number must be
included.
