SymptomCauseRemedy
Display does not light up No Power

Wired incorrectly

Voltage is not correct
Check circuit breaker

Check wiring per diagram

Ensure voltage is 230V
Pump will not reach HI or cut off pressure Pump can't build enough pressure

Loss of Prime

Pump is dead headed

Water being demanded
Change HI setting within pump capabilities

Prime pump

Make sure isolation valve not shut to system

Find leak or open line
HI or LO setting will not set Differential pressure is out of acceptable range Differential pressure cannot be less than 10 psi or more than 50 psi
Pump rapid cycles Cycle Stop Valve not working or set correctly

Pressure tank too small or waterlogged

Pressure switch located on main line and not at base of pressure tank
HI setting must be higher than CSV setting

Replace tank

Move switch to the small line at the base of the pressure tank and off of the main line.
Pump will not come on Loss of power

Not wired up correctly

Error E2 or E3 is displayed
Check incoming power

Check wiring per pump manufacturer instructions

Determine cause of low or high pressure or voltage problems and correct
Flow drops off before pump starts up Too much air pressure in your pressure tank Adjust tank air pressure to 5 psi below LO set pressure
